Perry Family Current Events (2004)

As a new addition to our site, we will be providing updates as to events involving members of our family.   Our goal is to maintain a record of birthday celebrations, holidays, weddings and other special events in our lives.   Sheli and I are proud of our family and wish for you to celebrate with us when milestones are met and accomplishments achieved.   You are welcome to join us in our celebration of life!
 

The hurricanes we encountered this year really hit us hard. All three came up the west coast of Florida, sending the strongest winds and rain our way. We had flooding, wind damage to the barn and surrounding out-buildings. Ten of our large oaks were dropped like matchsticks. Our neighbors in the community faired no better than us. There are several properties around us that had beautiful pecan groves. After the storms the trees were laid down like dominoes. We are thankful that no persons nor stock were injured by the storms. All other things can be replaced, our friends and family are irreplaceable.
