Christina Tweet had a son, Charlie, from a previous marriage. He stayed in Iowa when Ithiel Weir and family moved to Florida.3

Itheil Weir's parents were Henry Weir born Oct 10 1822-3 I believe in Scotland and his parents were both born in Ireland and Hannah Ione born May 3 1831 I believe in Ohio I think her father came from Pennsylvania and her mother from Ohio. They had 10 or 11 Children: Amanda born Nov 29 1849, Joseph William born Mar 22, 1852, Henry A. born May 24, 1854, Sarah A. born Nov 6, 1856, George E. born June 8, 1859, Ruphus D. born Dec 21, 1861, Celesta S. born Nov 15, 1864, Itheil you have this, Lucy M. April 9, 1870, Lucy M. April 9,1870, David H. Jan 24, 1873-4 ( he was my grandmother's father I have all that info and pictures also. David married Anna Henry in 1894 and had four children), the last child was possibly Style. See 1860 census in Point Creek township in Allamakee County Iowa and 1880 census in same county.5
