--Died in Twiggs Co, on Monday, 30th of August last, Mr. TERREL PERRY. He left an affectionate wife and eight small children to mourn his lost.

Issue Dec 23, 1834--Twiggs Co., will be sold before the court house door in said county on the first Tuesday of February next, between the legal hrs. of sale, all property belonging to the estate of Terril Perry , late of sd county, dec'd. Sold for the benefit of heirs and creditors of said estate.
